VPS Control Systems, Inc. is a manufacturing company located in historic Hoosick, NY, USA. We specialize in the design and fabrication of high quality precision mechanical control systems.
The control systems manufactured by VPS are presently utilized in numerous marine, industrial, transportation, and military applications.
VPS has highly skilled and experienced sales, engineering, quality and manufacturing personnel that are dedicated to the design, development, and manufacturing of all our products.
History
VPS Control Systems, Inc. was founded in 1983 for the purpose of promoting the Flexball push-pull control cable in North America. This product is the original ball-bearing control cable and has been produced by a number of European companies for many years.
In 1986, VPS began manufacturing Flexball cables in the United States at our former location in Troy, NY.
In 2009, VPS moved into to our new 10,000 square foot facility in Hoosick, NY, designed and built specifically for optimal manufacturing of Flexball Cables.
